Team Dynamo, a local real estate team led by Craig Wilburn, organized the first Gainesville Wing Bowl in 2011 to help raise money and public awareness for the Child Advocacy Center, a local nonprofit that serves abused and neglected children. Now in its sixth year, the Wing Bowl is held at Splitz Bowling Center and is co-presented by Montini Orthodontics and Team Dynamo.
The Wing Bowl is an evening of food, music, bowling, door prizes and the main event: a chicken wing eating contest amongst teams comprised of Gainesville’s finest where competitors are vying for the coveted Wing Bowl trophy.
Families and the community are encouraged to attend. Tickets can be purchased in advance online or at the door. Splitz is also offering discounted bowling before or after the Wing Bowl to attendees.
